While we believe our products and programs will support your journey, we understand that refunds may occasionally be requested. Please review the guidelines below. DNA Collection Kits

Refunds are available if the following conditions are met:

  • Kit is in its original, unopened packaging

  • Refund request is made within 30 days of purchase

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Note: Applies to purchases that include a Genetic Nutrition Analysis with DNA Collection Kit.

Existing DNA Purchases

Refunds are available if the following conditions are met:

  • You have not yet received your Genetic Nutrition Analysis report

  • Refund request is made within 30 days of purchase

Note: Applies to purchases that include a Genetic Nutrition Analysis using existing DNA data.

Personalized Recipes

Due to the customized nature of our recipes, refunds are not available.

Personalized Vitamins & Powders

Because all formulas are custom-made for each individual, refunds are not available. For subscription questions, please contact Customer Support at hello@genopalate.com.

Non-Customized Vitamins, Supplements & Powders

Refunds are available if the following conditions are met:

  • Product is unopened and unused

  • Refund request is made within 30 days of purchase

Nutrition Coaching Membership

  • The first month of membership is non-refundable

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once billed

  • After the first month, memberships may be cancelled with at least 7 business days notice before the next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations

  • Exceptions (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered at GenoPalate’s discretion

1-on-1 Consultations

Refunds are not available for consultations.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
