We’re in pursuit of helping you become your healthiest self through personalized nutrition, and we believe that our products and programs can help you get there. However, if you are interested in a refund, please follow the guidelines below, or contact our Customer Support team with further questions.

DNA Kit

If you would like a refund on your recent GenoBase with DNA Collection Kit, GenoJump with DNA Collection Kit, or GenoGo with DNA Collection Kit purchase, you must meet these requirements:

  • Haven't opened the DNA kit; DNA kit must be in original, unopened packaging

  • Request refund within 30 days from date of purchase

*Customer is responsible for returning the unopened DNA kit and for all shipping costs.

Existing DNA 

If you would like a refund on your recent GenoBase with Existing DNA, GenoJump with Existing DNA, or GenoGo with Existing DNA purchase, you must meet these requirements:

  • Haven't received your GenoPalate Report                        

  • Request refund within 30 days from date of purchase   

Personalized Recipes 

  • Due to the individualization of our recipes, we do not currently offer refunds

Personalized Supplements 

  • Because all of our supplement formulas are custom-made for each individual, refunds are unavailable. If you have questions about your subscription, please reach out to our Customer Support team directly at hello@genopalate.com.

1-on-1 Consultations

  • We do not currently offer refunds for 1-on-1 consultations

Gift Cards

  • Our gift cards are non-refundable
