If you would like a refund on your recent purchase of our DNA Kit you must follow these requirements:
Haven't sent in your sample to our lab
Haven't opened the DNA Kit. Plastic Wrap must still be intact.
If you would like a refund on your recent purchase of our Existing DNA product you must follow these requirements:
Haven't received your GenoPalate Report
We do not currently accept refunds on Personalized Recipe orders.
