Your Genetic Information

When you submit your genetic information, it is immediately stripped of all personal identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, and address) by our CLIA-certified genotyping lab. Only GenoPalate’s geneticists analyze your data to create your personalized report.

Transparency

We will never share your personal or genetic information with any third party, or use it for research, without first asking for and receiving your explicit consent.

Deleting Your Account

If you no longer wish to use our services, you can delete your GenoPalate account at any time. Once deleted, all personal and genetic information associated with your account will be permanently removed.
