• 2 pieces wheat bread
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices tomato
  • ¼ avocado
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 leafs of romaine lettuce


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook, turning once, until crisp.

  2. Remove bacon and place on a paper-towel-lined plate.

  3. Toast bread. Spread mayonnaise on one piece of bread and avocado on the other. 

  4. Top mayonnaise with lettuce, tomato, and bacon and place toast with avocado on top to complete your sandwich.
