Sautéed Kale

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and roughly chopped 
  • 2 tsp oil 
  • Salt and pepper


Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. 
  2. Add kale, cook until the leaves have wilted, 8-10 minutes. 
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
