Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and roughly chopped 
  • 2 tsp oil 
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. 
  • Add kale, cook until the leaves have wilted, 8-10 minutes. 
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
