At GenoPalate we are dedicated to keeping the information you supply us with safe and secure whether it's your genetics or personal information. See below to learn how we ensure your information is protected and used.
The first step to keeping your information safe is to create a secure place to store it. Our database protects your data in the event of a natural disaster or other potential disasters. Our security providers have strong safety measures to prevent any potential attacks against our networks.
When you submit your Genetic Information to GenoPalate, it is immediately stripped of any and all personal information (name, email, phone number, address, etc.). Our CLIA-certified genotyping lab makes sure this de-identifying happens. Only GenoPalate's geneticists analyze your genetic data to build your report.
GenoPalate will never share your Personal or Genetic Information to any third party nor use it for any research purposes without asking for and receiving your consent.
If you no longer wish to use our services, you can delete your GenoPalate account and all associated information. When your account is deleted, all information (personal and genetic) is deleted completely.
It's also important to recognize that there are things you can do to protect your personal information. We ask you to be responsible for safeguarding your password and other authentication information you use with GenoPalate.
