Salmon Salad with Dill and Spinach

Dill Salmon Ingredients:
1 lb salmon
2 Tbsp oil
1 lemon, sliced
1 Tbsp dried dill
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 60 minutes or until it is smooth.
2. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top when serving.
Spinach Salad Ingredients:
3 cups spinach
1 cup raw broccoli, chopped into ½ inch pieces
5 radishes, thinly sliced
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss.
