Dill Salmon Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon

  • 2 Tbsp oil

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 Tbsp dried dill 

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 60 minutes or until it is smooth.

    2. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top when serving.

Spinach Salad Ingredients:

  • 3 cups spinach

  • 1 cup raw broccoli, chopped into ½ inch pieces

  • 5 radishes, thinly sliced

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss.
