Probiotic Pumpkin Smoothie
1 ¼ cups pumpkin puree
2 cups plain kefir or Greek yogurt
¼ cup flax seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
2 cups of ice cubes
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 60 minutes or until it is smooth.
