- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¾ cup kasha (roasted buckwheat groats)
- ½ cup flaxseeds
- ½ cup nuts, roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup oil
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup flaked coconut
- 2 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine oats, kasha, flaxseed, and nuts into a bowl and mix. Add remaining ingredientsand toss until completely coated.
- Spread mixture onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool the granola completely.
