Kasha Granola




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats 
  • ¾ cup kasha (roasted buckwheat groats) 
  • ½ cup flaxseeds½ cup nuts, roughly chopped 
  • ⅓ cup oil 
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup 
  • ⅓ cup flaked coconut 
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. 
2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 
3. Combine oats, kasha, flaxseed, and nuts into a bowl and mix. Add remaining ingredientsand toss until completely coated. 
4. Spread mixture onto baking sheet. 
5. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. 
6. Cool the granola completely.
