Grilled Chile and Lime Broccoli


  • 1 lb broccoli, stems removed of outer rough skin

  • 1 Tbsp oil

  • ½ tsp chili powder

  • ¼ tsp cumin 

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 1 lime sliced


  1. Heat grill over medium high heat.

  2. Toss broccoli with oil, sprinkle with seasoning.

  3. Place broccoli on a grilling plate and top with lime slices.

  4. Grill for 6 minutes, flipping broccoli halfway through cooking time.
