Blackberry Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds


  • β…“ cup gluten free oat bran
  • Β½ cup milk
  • ΒΌ cup plain lactose free Greek yogurt
  • Β½ cup blackberries, quartered
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp mint leaves, chopped


  1. Mix together all ingredients except mint.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Top with mint and enjoy.
