Blackberry Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds


  • ⅓ cup gluten free oat bran
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain lactose free Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blackberries, quartered
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp mint leaves, chopped


  • Mix together all ingredients except mint.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Top with mint and enjoy.
