Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces salmon
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine almond meal, and seasoning. Dress fish in mixture and place into an ovenproof baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice on fish.
  • Bake until the fish flakes easily, about 20 minutes.
