How does the DNA test work?

Our saliva-based DNA test is easy to use at home. After ordering, you'll receive a kit with step-by-step instructions. Once you collect your sample and mail it back to our lab, we analyze your genetic data to uncover your nutrition-related traits and deliver personalized results through your secure dashboard.

What kinds of health programs are available?

We offer targeted nutrition programs tailored to your top health concerns. Current options include:

Yes. We accept raw genetic data from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, and FamilyTreeDNA. Uploading your existing DNA file allows us to generate your personalized nutrition insights without needing to take a new test.

Are personalized supplements included in the membership?

Supplements are not included, but your personalized plan may include recommendations based on your genetic and lifestyle data. Members receive exclusive pricing on GenoPalate custom-formula supplements, including personalized vitamins, protein powders, and foundational nutrients.

What if my health goals change over time?
