Your membership includes a 7-day onboarding experience, bi-weekly 1:1 coaching with a Registered Dietitian, a personalized nutrition plan based on your DNA and lifestyle, access to targeted health programs, dietitian-made recipes, habit tracking, education courses, community support, and member-only pricing on supplements. Everything is managed through your private Healthie account.

Do I need to complete the DNA test or upload my data before starting my membership?

Yes. Your genetic nutrition analysis is a foundational part of your personalized program. We use it, along with your diet and lifestyle data, to build your unique nutrition plan and enroll you in the right health program.

To get started, you’ll need to purchase the Starter Bundle, which includes a DNA test kit or upload your existing DNA data from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, or FamilyTreeDNA.

Your plan is built to evolve. As your goals shift, your Nutrition Coach will adjust your supplement recommendations, recipes, and overall program to keep your progress on track.

Is there a commitment?

No, you can cancel or pause your membership at any time. However, we highly recommend committing to 3 months to see real progress.

How do I meet with my coach?

You’ll connect with your Nutrition Coach through Healthie. Check-ins happen every two weeks , and you can message your coach anytime for guidance and accountability.

What is Healthie, and how will I use it?

Healthie is our secure member platform where your entire experience is managed.

You’ll use it to:

Schedule and attend virtual coaching sessions
Message your nutrition coach
Track meals, habits, and progress
Complete educational courses
Join community groups and events
Access your personalized food and nutrient recommendations

It’s HIPAA-compliant and accessible via desktop or mobile app.

Are supplements included?

Supplements are not included in the membership fee, but your coach will recommend personalized options. As a member, you’ll receive exclusive pricing on all GenoPalate supplements.

Is this HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes. Most GenoPalate services, including DNA testing and personalized supplements, are HSA/FSA eligible when paired with a Letter of Medical Necessity. We’ll help you access one if needed.
