Rosemary Quinoa


  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water or broth
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary


  • Rinse quinoa until the water runs clear in a fine mesh sieve, drain.
  • Add to a medium pot. Add two cups of water, salt, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce heat to medium low, simmer for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed.
  • Remove from heat, but keep covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork prior to serving.
