- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water or broth
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
- Rinse quinoa until the water runs clear in a fine mesh sieve, drain.
- Add to a medium pot. Add two cups of water, salt, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to medium low, simmer for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, but keep covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork prior to serving.
