Blackberry Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds



Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup gluten free oat bran
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain lactose free greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blackberries, quartered
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp mint leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients except mint.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Top with mint and enjoy.
