- ⅓ cup gluten free oat bran
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup plain lactose free greek yogurt
- ½ cup blackberries, quartered
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp mint leaves, chopped
- Mix together all ingredients except mint.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with mint and enjoy.
