Ingredients:
- β cup gluten free oat bran
- Β½ cup milk
- ΒΌ cup plain lactose free greek yogurt
- Β½ cup blackberries, quartered
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp mint leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix together all ingredients except mint.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with mint and enjoy.
