Sautéed Swiss chard

Servings: 4, Cook time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch Swiss chard with ribs removed and leaves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add greens and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add wine or water, cover, and cook for 6 minutes.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
