2. Partnership and scope of services
2.1 GenoPalate does not prescribe or fulfill medications
2.2 Licensed clinicians in WellSync™’s telehealth network handle all prescribing and fulfillment of GLP-1 medications
2.3 GenoPalate provides nutrition education, personalized plans, habit coaching, DNA and blood testing, and dietitian support
3. Your responsibilities
3.1 You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete
3.2 You authorize GenoPalate to share your health and genetic data with WellSync™ clinicians for qualification purposes
3.3 You agree to follow all instructions given by your prescribing clinician and to report any side effects promptly
4. Disclaimer of liability
4.1 GenoPalate’s role is limited to nutritional support and education
4.2 WellSync™ clinicians assume full responsibility for prescribing decisions and medication management
4.3 Neither GenoPalate nor its partners are liable for any adverse outcomes arising from GLP-1 treatment
5. Privacy and data use
5.1 We collect and use your personal and genetic data solely to assess your qualification and support your wellness journey
5.2 All data handling complies with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws
