
BREAKFAST
Chia seed pudding with fruit
Servings: 2, Cook time: 20 min
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Sliced banana and/or berries for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- In mason jars, mix together chia seeds, milk, and vanilla.
- Put a lid on and shake. Pour half of the mixture into a separate mason jar to create 2 servings (one in each jar).
- Let it sit for 5 minutes, then shake again. Cover and put the mixture in the fridge for a minimum of 1-2 hours or overnight for best results. The mixture should not be liquid-y.
