Berry overnight oats with chia seeds

Servings: 1, Cook time: 4 hrs

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup gluten-free oat bran
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup berries of choice, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp mint leaves, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together except the mint.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Top with mint and enjoy.
