Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, chopped finely 

  • 1 lime, zest and juice

  • 1 tsp sea salt 

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 Tbsp oil 

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds, toasted 

  • ½ tsp chili powder 

  • ½ tsp ginger, freshly grated 

  • ½ tsp honey 

  • ½ clementine, juiced

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together. Let marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
