Here's a fresh way to enjoy your asparagus. Grilled Asparagus


  • 2 lbs asparagus (about 1 bunch)

  • 2 Tbsp of an oil on your GenoPalate food list

  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper


  1. Cut off bottom inch of asparagus.

  2. Toss in oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Grill for 4-6 minutes.
