I just turned 50 years old. I decided to try GenoPalate because I eat very healthfully, but still struggle with my weight. I was hoping to get some insight as to which foods would be best for me from a nutritional standpoint. Some of the foods in my Report were expected and others were counterintuitive in my mind, for example, I’ve been using olive oil for years because it is supposed to be a "healthier" oil. Turns out, it is not on my list or my husband’s list, but vegetable oil is. I’m still trying to square up with that one. There were some foods on my list that I have never tried before, so I have been enjoying trying those things when I can find them. I have enjoyed exploring new recipes featuring the foods on my list. I think GenoPalate has helped add variety to my diet. My hobbies, when I have time are hiking, biking, reading, gardening, and trying new recipes.
